Morgan is a yoga instructor and so incorporates yoga into her osteopathic treatments. She attended yoga teacher training at Hot Yoga Wellness in 2010. She also uses modalities such as cupping and gua sha and these may be incorporated into her treatments. Morgan graduated from York University with an honours BA in Kinesiology and Health Sciences in 2011. She worked in clinical pain management as a kinesiologist for four years before furthering her education at National Academy of Osteopathy. She obtained her Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practice in 2015 and has been a practicing manual osteopath since.
Morgan's lifelong passion for fitness is what led her to become a manual osteopath. When she was a teen, her first job was teaching gymnastics classes for young children. A few years later, while working at a fitness facility, she made the decision to further her study of the human body at university and obtained her kinesiology degree. During her clinical pain management experience, while working in a clinic with manual osteopaths, she was amazed by the great improvements in patients who had the osteopathic treatment. Ultimately, this inspired her return to school to obtain her degree as an osteopathic manual practitioner to help others to become pain free.
